And remember, do not drill holes at the very edge, make an indent of at least 2-3 cm.
After this, sand the board, coat it with a primer, and then apply a layer of varnish or paint, at your discretion. The paint is applied only after the primer has dried. And subsequent work with the board is carried out only after the paint has completely dried.
