After cleaning the desired area, putty it and level it, then glue the border at the bottom. The glue is applied perpendicular to the border being glued so that the connection with the base becomes as strong as possible.
To align the seams, use plastic crosses, which are attached between the seams until the glue has completely dried, after which you need to glue the top border.
Nail a wooden plank to the wall surface to hold the border until the glue dries completely, since in its raw form the glue cannot withstand the weight of the tile, then lay the border on the side, removing excess glue from the tile.
Once the glue has dried, you can begin installing the mirror. Do not forget that there must be a gap between the curb and the mirror surface.
Apply a thick layer of glue to the wall surface, placing the spatula perpendicular to it, then place the bottom of the mirror, while inserting a special plastic cross between the tile and the mirror, then attach the mirror to the wall surface, pressing it so as to align it with the tile.
To properly fix the mirror surface, you need to slightly support it in a pressed form; as soon as the glue dries, proceed to grouting the existing seams.
Unusual frames for mirrors

- Apply a small amount of sealant or glue directly to the stone or shell and press firmly against the surface to be decorated. The second option is to apply an even thin layer of sealant (glue) to a small area of the mirror and quickly lay out the decor on it. The stones need to be placed tightly enough on the frame so that there are a minimum of free spaces. If the sizes of pebbles or shells are very different, then lay out larger objects first, then fill the space between them with small parts.

Apply a thin layer of sealant and level it with a spatula. The sealant sets very quickly, so we cover a small area of the surface at a time.
- Pour beads of the desired color onto a sheet of paper folded in half, tilt it at a slight angle to the surface and try to evenly sprinkle the beads onto the sealant. You can correct the beads with tweezers or a toothpick, but this must be done immediately, before the sealant dries. You can press small parts to the surface directly with a finger moistened with water.
